Wendy is a level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and a member of the Sports Massage Association, is a qualified Pilates instructor and a running coach.
She has transferred her enthusiasm and experience from sport into sports massage and remedial therapy.
Having previously competed at a high level and with great knowledge on how the body (and mind) works, her aim is to balance clients busy lifestyles with their sporting potential.
Wendy aims to prepare or repair her client's body and improve their energy levels and enjoyment whether competitive or recreational, focusing on the root causes of injuries and not just the symptoms.
